2. Data categories
Depending on how you use the website, SMARTY may process identity data, contact details, order information, payment data shared with the relevant provider, messages sent through the contact form or customer chat, and technical data strictly required to operate and secure the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Order handling, pickup, after-sales support, and invoicing: contract performance.
- Contact and support requests: legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps.
- Audience measurement and error monitoring: prior consent for optional categories.
- Email reminders about unfinished carts (no more than three messages: 24 h, 72 h and 7 days after the cart was last updated), sent only to customers subscribed to the newsletter: consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.
- Accounting and legal compliance: legal obligation.

5. International transfers
Some support tools may involve processing outside the European Union, notably via Anthropic (United States) and Meta / WhatsApp (United States). SMARTY limits the data shared to what is strictly necessary and relies, where applicable, on the contractual safeguards offered by these providers.
6. Retention
Data is kept for the duration required to manage the commercial relationship, legal obligations, and support requests. Technical logs and consent records are stored only for a limited, proportionate period.
7. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and, where applicable, portability. To exercise your rights, contact us at gestion.smarty.paris@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
8. Google Customer Reviews
After an order, the confirmation page shows an invitation from the Google Customer Reviews program. To display this invitation, Google Ireland Ltd. receives your e-mail address, order number, delivery country, estimated delivery date and the GTIN codes of the purchased products; if you accept the invitation, Google sends you a short satisfaction survey after delivery. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose and processes this data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Participation is optional: if you decline or close the invitation, no survey is sent to you.
