When you order a refurbished smartphone or an accessory from smarty.paris, you should get it quickly and without surprises. Every order ships from Paris, and you choose how you want to receive it: express home delivery, a pickup point, or free collection from our shop in the 18th arrondissement. Even better: shipping is free on orders over €50.
Delivery options
At checkout, you can choose between several carriers:
- Chronopost Express home delivery: delivered within 24 to 48 hours, usually the next working day before 1pm. The fastest way to get your phone to your door.
- Chronopost Express to a pickup point: your parcel is waiting for you as early as the next working day before 1pm at the pickup point of your choice — perfect if you're out during the day.
- UPS Standard home delivery and UPS Access Point: a reliable, budget-friendly alternative, typically 2 to 4 working days.
- International shipping: we also deliver outside France with Chronopost international, UPS Worldwide Saver and FedEx International, within 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination.
Every shipment is tracked: you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier, so you always know where your order is.
Free Click & Collect in Paris 18th
Based in Paris or just passing through? Choose free in-store pickup, with no shipping fees at all:
- Place your order online and select "Click & Collect Paris 18" at the delivery step.
- We prepare your order and let you know as soon as it's ready for collection.
- Come to Smarty Paris, 152 avenue de Saint-Ouen, 75018 Paris, with your order number and a valid ID.

14-day returns: the right to change your mind
In line with French consumer law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day you receive your order, no justification needed. In practice:
- Contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery to let us know you want to return your order.
- Send the product back complete (accessories, original packaging) within 14 days of your request.
- We refund you in full, using the same payment method you used at checkout, no later than 14 days after we receive the return or proof of shipment.
This withdrawal right comes on top of the 12-month warranty covering our refurbished products: if anything goes wrong, our customer service will offer a solution — repair, replacement or refund.
